Announcing Socialblaze, the Social Media Management Tool for Businesses & Agencies
Today, starts the public announcements about Socialblaze, a social media management web application that we’ve been working on the past 6 months or so. It’s a comprehensive tool that solves many of the problems social media marketers have - one of which is the ability to manage social media efficiently.
Right now, managing social media is a pain. There are so many pages to visit and so many things to do that it can just get really overwhelming.
Well, guess what - Socialblaze solves this. Socialblaze is one tool that allows you to listen, engage & analyze all your social media campaigns. It’s the only tool you’ll need to manage your social media.

So let’s take a more detailed look into Socialblaze:
Socialblaze is broken down into 3 main sections: Keyword Monitoring (Listen), Engage & Analyze.

Listen
On the keyword monitoring section, you can track what people are saying about your brand, competitors and industry all over the internet (currently we find tweets, blog posts, images & videos - we will be adding more soon!). Once you track down some great consumer insights you can tag them and save them to see another time. If you find a post you want to reply to, you can do that right from Socialblaze or you can assign it to a team member to reply to later. We even have some other features built in such as translation, twitter following and more.
Engage
On the engage section, you can engage with your consumers via Facebook & Twitter (we will be adding the ability to manage your blog from Socialblaze soon too). This basically means that there is a built in Twitter/Facebook client that allows you to manage each of your accounts easily. On the client, you can also assign any posts as tasks to yourself or to a team member.
To make posts to your accounts, we have this awesome tool called the Quick Post: it allows you to post to multiple accounts at a time and edit each post before publishing. This means you can take out Twitter hashtags out of Facebook posts before publishing (cool, huh?). Once you finish editing your posts, you can publish them right then or schedule them for later once or multiple times. After scheduling each post, you can see them all in the scheduling calendar.

On the analyze section, Socialblaze provides you with two types of analytics: actionable analytics and basic account analytics. In the actionable analytics, Socialblaze will show you analytics that will help you improve your engagement. For example, we find the best time for you to post based on when your followers and fans are most actively engaging with your social media accounts. We also find the top engagers for each of your accounts and much more!The basic analytics section shows you a summary of the activity of each of your social media accounts. We provide you with a graph of your followers over time, a graph of how often you are being retweeted, etc.
Dashboard
In addition to the above features, we added a cherry on top - an awesome social media dashboard unlike any other. The dashboard allows you to get a quick visual overview of everything that is going on with your social media campaigns. It has widgets and is fully customizable. - your most recent incoming messages (replies, mentions, direct messages)
- a graphs of your followers for any social media account
- a charts of your most recent tracked links for any social media account
And one more essential.....Alerts!
Socialblaze will email you whenever people are mentioning your brand, competitors and/or industry. Socialblaze will also alert you whenever you get replies or mentions in case you forget to check your account(s). You can choose to receive these alerts daily, weekly or monthly.
When can I use Socialblaze?
Soon! Right now, Socialblaze is currently in private beta. It has been in private beta since April, but will be made available to the public VERY soon.
